The Fair Share Framework is our flagship initiative. It brings together our community’s biggest priorities — housing, transport, health, education, and public spaces — into one coordinated push for equitable funding and investment.
We use data, lived experience, and community pressure to make sure our region’s needs are not ignored.
Our targets
Each target is delivered through a micro-campaign:
Housing Equity & Planning Reform: Inclusionary zoning and more affordable homes.
Transport Access & Walkable Cities: Safe, walkable neighbourhoods and frequent public transport.
Public Health & Food Access: Equal health funding and no health/food deserts.
Youth Empowerment and Advocacy: More training, mentoring, and prevention programs.
